Programming a Temporary Garage Door PIN for your LiftMaster Wireless Keyless Entry System requires 3 simple steps:
1. Enter your PIN then hold down the * key until your overhead monitor light blinks 3 times.
2. Enter your selected Temporary Garage Door Pin then hold down the ‘Enter’ key until your overhead monitor light blinks 4 times.
3. Depending on your reason for a Temporary Garage Door PIN, you may choose to set a certain number of hours or a certain number of uses in which you want the PIN to work.
A: To set a certain number of hours:
i. Enter a number (1-255) to specify how many hours from the present time you would like the PIN to be in use.
ii. Hold down the * key until your overhead monitor light blinks 1 time.
iii. The Temporary PIN may now be used.
B. To set a certain number of uses:
i. Enter a number (1-255) to specify how many times the PIN can be used.
ii. Hold down the * key until your overhead monitor light blinks 1 time.
iii. The Temporary PIN may now be used.
