I started with D&D in October, 2004, shortly after Hurricane Charlie ravaged Charlotte County and so many people needed service to their doors. It was quite an experience joining a new company at that time but it taught me a lot very quickly . I was a Purchasing Manager and a Cost Analyst for large builders for years before coming to D&D. I grew up in the Food service industry, from 1975 to 2004 I worked in my family’s Sub, Deli & Catering businesses. It is very rewarding and it takes a lot of hard work and team effort to do the job right the first time! Honestly, when I work with a customer on the phone and we fix their problem that’s great! Hearing “Thank you so much” that is the part I love the most, that’s the reward, knowing the customer appreciated our efforts.

Hi I’m Josh! I assist customers in choosing the right garage door to protect their family and their home as well as meet their budget needs. I have been part of the D & D Family for 7 years. Three of those years spent in Sarasota and Fort Myers Design Centers as an installer for residential and three years of commercial installation where I traveled all across the State of Florida. You could say I know all the “ups and downs” of garage doors. I am happy to be part of our Port Charlotte Design Center now helping customers with their garage door needs. Prior to D & D I worked in Hurricane Protection with Jansen Shutters and Windows so I am also well educated when it comes to protecting your home here in Florida. I am thankful to be part of the D & D team. To start from a small, old warehouse in Sarasota and build into to the statewide company we are today is something to be proud of.
