HI I’m Mark! I started in the garage door business in 1977 at 18 years old and have been working in the business ever since. I came on board with D & D last September 2010 when we completed the Omega D & D merger. I was born in Struthers, Ohio but moved to Venice in 1979. I feel the most important part of my job is achieving complete customer satisfaction. A happy customer is a company’s best ally and word of mouth is one of the greatest forms of advertising. At the end of the day, I feel good knowing that our customers have been given the little extra that tells each one just how important they are to us.

Hi I’m Cheryl! I have been at our Venice location for over 5 years. Originally I started here when it was Omega Garage Doors and happily stayed once we merged into the D & D Family. I have lived here in Venice for over 41 years!!! I am a true Floridian. The most important part of my job is dealing with our customers over the phone.
